Attorney Tarver recently won a noteworthy case in which he represented the City Council of Orange Township. Superior Court Judge Christine Farrington ruled that the former Deputy Business Administrator for the City of Orange held his post illegally and that his actions together with those of Mayor Dwayne Warren committed actions which were “willful and unlawful”. It was determined that the accused was illegally appointed back in 2012 and in 2013.

The Court ordered the guilty party to repay his entire salary within 90 days, a sum totally approximately $268,000.
