has a proven record of success. Not only that, but he is a nationally
known television legal and news analyst and anchor. This experience has

Attorney Tarver graduated from Rutgers College and Rutgers School of Law
and soon after began his career as a trial attorney. He started with the
New Jersey Office of the Public Defender and worked there until he was
made an Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor. During this time, he was
also a legal advisor for the county's Narcotics Strike Force, furthering
his understand of criminal investigations. After some time, he was chosen
to be Chief Public Defender of Ocean County, where he prosecuted and defended
a wide variety of criminal cases in State and Federal courts.
During his time there, Attorney Tarver served as Director of Program Operations
for Ocean Monmouth Legal Services, Inc. Not only that, but he was selected
to be City Solicitor for the City of Atlantic City in 2008. He managed
a multi-million dollar budget and was able to successfully save the city
hundreds of thousands of dollars through his frugal and wise legal management
and practical approach to litigation matters.
Attorney Tarver also served as Special Counsel to the Mayor of Atlantic
City, further establishing his legal knowledge and abilities. Over his
career, he has provided counsel for countless municipalities and previously
served as Legislative Counsel to the City Council of Atlantic City.
He is a nationally recognized legal professional who has made appearances
on CBS Early Show, NBC News, NBC Dateline and NBC Nightly News. He also
briefly served as an anchor for Black Entertainment Televsion's BET
Tonite and has made appearances on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

schools, such as Harvard Law School, and lectured on trial advocacy for
the United States Department of Justice Office of Legal Education. Formerly,
he served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School.
